Refunds and Returns
We do not accept refunds and returns.

Exchanges of defective/damaged parts
We only replace parts if they are defective or damaged. 
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email
at support@smartdiys.com. We will ask you to ship the product back to us.
Once the defective product has been returned we will ship out
a brand new replacement at no cost to you. Our policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your original receipt ,
unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Missing parts If parts are missing, send us an email at support@smartdiys.com.
